Night sweats

Chicory

Night sweats can be caused by an over acidic system with kidney, liver, and adrenal disorders; improper diet; obesity, anger, stress and fear. Some other health problems you may be experiencing are gout, psoriasis, eczema or urinary tract infections.
Test your pH balance with litmus paper. Apply saliva and/or urine to the litmus paper either before eating or at least one hour after eating. The paper will change colour to indicate if your system is overly acidic or alkaline. Red litmus paper turns blue in an alkaline medium and blue litmus paper turns red in an acid medium.

Recommendations

Diet is important. Acidosis results from eating excess animal proteins, junk foods and cooked food. Eat 50% raw or lightly steamed vegetables and fruits such as apples, grapes, lemons, pears and pineapples. Reduce your intake of alcohol to only one unit a day. Drink more pure mineral water.

Drink potato peel broth twice a day – make it fresh daily. Peel the potato so that the peelings are a half inch thick, including the skin. Discard the centre of the potato. Boil the half-inch peelings for twenty to thirty minutes. Strain, cool and drink.
