Sciatic Pain is due to pressure on the nerves.
Pressure on the sciatic nerve can result in symptoms all the way down the length of the nerve. That’s why it can create pain in the groin, the buttocks, down the back of the legs and right out to the outermost toes of the feet. Depending on the location and the intensity of the pressure, the pain may be experienced in one or both legs. Sciatic pain can come on gradually, beginning as a bubbling sensation in one of the buttocks, or as a feeling of deadness and slight insensitivity through both legs.

People who suffer from sciatica are very sensitive. Typically, it makes a powerful entrance in the first chilly days of autumn. Sciatica needs holistic prevention and treatment. It is the same as with arthritis, the back needs to be protected – chemically, structurally and psychologically. Both arthritis and sciatica are normally caused by several different negative influences.

A thick wallet in the back pocket can actually press directly on the nerve, which responds with pain. This is especially likely if you do a lot of driving and keep your wallet in the right-hand pocket. When you depress the accelerator with your right foot, the wallet is pressing directly onto the nerve.

Sciatica is often caused by a slipped disc pressing against the nerve roots and it is a serious condition.

Acid-producing food and drink can cause pain and deterioration of the back. Acid weakens the ligaments and can lead to chronic pain.
Signs of too much acid: common to all is a purplish-red complexion, like the red nose you get from too much alcohol. The acidic colour can be particularly pronounced in some parts of the body, such as the knuckles.
